Our Story
In 2018, we moved to Vietnam for a year—and that’s where everything changed.
We fell in love with Vietnamese coffee. Not just the rich, bold flavor of cà phê sữa đá or the slow drip magic of the phin filter, but the entire culture that surrounds it: small plastic chairs on the sidewalk, the hum of scooters passing by, friends chatting for hours as time gently slows down. Coffee in Vietnam is more than a drink—it’s a way of being.
Ever since coming back to Europe, we searched for that same taste and atmosphere. Occasionally we’d find a cup at a Vietnamese restaurant, but never a place where you could simply sit, relax, and enjoy the full Vietnamese coffee experience.
So we decided to create it ourselves.
In August 2024, we launched a mobile Vietnamese coffee cart in Amsterdam’s Oosterpark. Our goal? To bring that authentic taste and vibe to life—right here in the city. We serve traditional drinks like cà phê sữa đá, cà phê đen, bạc xỉu, and even cà phê trứng (egg coffee). At the same time, we’re developing our own line of Vietnamese coffee blends for those who want to enjoy Viet Drip at home.
We’re growing slowly but with intention—now with our signature tiny plastic ghế nhựa chairs, just like in the streets of Hanoi or Saigon.
Whether you’ve been to Vietnam, dream of going, or just want to discover something new: come by for a cup. You'll find bold flavor, a strong caffeine kick, a bit of storytelling, and always a warm welcome.
We’re here to share the coffee—and the culture—we fell in love with.
